My 1:1 planning services are built for independent travelers who want a curated trip but are happy booking it themselves and getting around on their own.
However, sometimes it’s nice to have someone else handle hotel reservations and all the communications with drivers and guides.
To help you with these trips, I’ve partnered with a local agency in Portugal.
We’ll talk through your trip and if it’s the right fit, I’ll take it from there

We talk through your dates, pace, budget and what you actually want from this trip.
Step 2
I DESIGN YOUR ITINERARY
After our call, I map out your itinerary and send it to my partners to price and check availability
Step 3
YOU GET YOUR PROPOSAL
When the proposal comes back, I check it against what we discussed in our call.If everything looks good, I send it your way and connect you directly with the team.
Step 4
THEY BOOK EVERYTHING
Once you finalize the details and pay the deposit, the local team handles every booking. You have one point of contact from here through the trip itself.
You’ll see the full proposal, with real pricing, before committing to anything beyond the call.

CONSULTATION CALL
$100
We get started with a 30 minute call so I can get to know you and what you have in mind for this trip.
If we decide my 1:1 services are a better fit, you get a $100 credit that can be used towards any of them.
Just note “done-for-you-trip” on the call form so I know what we’re planning for

Prefer to book your own hotels? You absolutely can, and the price will adjust accordingly.

Yes, my partner pays me a 5% referral commission when a trip I design gets booked.

Yes. The first proposal is a starting point. You can make changes and refine it before any deposit gets paid.

This is important to know up front.
A 30% deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable from the moment you confirm.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

No. You book your own flights in and out of Portugal
(as well as any internal flights like to Madeira or the Azores).
